Wizard Alchemy Ascension Guide
Ascension breaks level caps and improves long-term scaling. The mistake is reaching the cap without enough gold, then farming while XP is wasted.
When To Ascend
Ascend as soon as your level and gold requirements are ready. Earlier Ascension compounds XP gains sooner, which makes future level brackets faster.
Gold Planning
Gold comes from boss runs, material liquidation, and efficient farming. If your next Ascension cost is approaching, route through Dwarf King or high-bycatch mutant loops and sell surplus to Lombard before you hit the cap.
Stat Priority After Ascending
Attack and Cooldown Reduction are the safest default priorities. Health is useful from robes while learning fights, but repeated community testing favors killing faster and parrying better over building a slow tank.
Ascension Forecast
Use the Ascension Planner to compare your XP pace and gold pace. If gold is the bottleneck, switch routes before the cap.
